My boiler was condemned on Wednesday last week, the day we marched in to our new house, they put a new boiler in on Friday and left us with it running fine. We went to pick kids up from school but when we got home the boiler had completely switched off even though it was on 'constant' and there is no power going to it at all. Phoned DHE to report the fault and they said they have to get the original company who came round to fix it or it would invalidate the warranty, they probably won't get round until Wednesday so it's now been a week without heating, luckily we have the immersion heater even if it is expensive to have on. They can't rush it through because its still classed as summer and so we are not allowed heaters either and its stormy and wet here and has been all week. Can't dry the clothes on the radiator either :( oh DHE why couldn't you have sorted the boiler before we moved in.
Anyone else having repair issues?
