DH is in the sandpit. Back at the end of Feb

I am just feeling a bit low.

My car broke within 18 hours of him leaving, and of course he had not primed me on what was needed on his.

The kids are driving me mad

I have had enough

Any tips for keeping sane?

Wine barrel loads, sending you some virtual now Grin

Take the kids out, even if its raining and run them ragged, it makes them tired and they sleep :)

Look at my thread about deployments going one of 2 ways below and you will see that you are not alone. We have done R&R now and we are all looking forward to him being home in 4 ish months. Touch wood nothing drastic has gone wrong since the start of December with us so I am now having the better sort of deployment.

I feel for you, take a deep breath, have some adult friends round (even if it means having extra DCs around) and have some fun. Sod the housework during the holidays and make the most of DC going back to school by taking some time to yourself.
