not just theoretically ...I have an open bottle from Sunday bbq and I'm home alone all week and dd is ill with the pox so don't really want to drink and put myself 'out' or sleep too heavy. It'll be the weekend before I get around to it will it be any good or will I be cooking with it?

wine hangs around in my fridge for about a week. Stick the cork back in or use one of those vacuum stoppers.

i'd still drink it... is it covered?

an open bottle of wine never has the chance to reach the fridge in my house though

lol MrsRhett Usually it's the same here, but it got opened at the end of the night and only had 2 cups out of it...and so it sat because Monday Dh left and I found out we had the pox

It is covered now found a stopper for it. Good to know I'll be able to enjoy it this weekend (hopefully)
