I have inadvertably grown a marrow from my courgette plant. I've never had one or know what to do with it any ideas?

If you want to treat it as a courgette, you'll need first to treat it like an aubergine. Marrows are full of water so need peeling, deseeding , cutting into chunks and then sprinkling with salt and draining for an hour or so. You can then dry it out in a low oven for an hour, then roast on a higher heat with other veg of choice and a balsamic dressing or similar.

Or I have a nice recipe for a marrow and coconut soup if you like that sort of thing.
