Anyone got any ideas for some really cheap meals I can cook. We are seriously short this month, and we are getting bored of eating the same old thing day in day out. We have a share in an allotment, so that helps, but it's not enough. We live on a predominantly vegetarian diet, as I will only buy meat from the organic butchers down the road, which at the moment, I can't afford (We don't have meat all that often, but when we do, I'd rather have good stuff)

I'm open to all suggestions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Twice baked potatoes. Bake pots. Halve. Scoop out insides. Mix with cheese, spring onions (optional), sour cream (optional). Refill skins. Bake/reheat for 20 mins or until slightly crusted on top.

Vary as you wish. Can be served alone for a light meal or as potato accomapniment.

My mum's been making them for years bu I only heard them called this name this summer in the US. Until now, I've always called them cheesy jackets
