Need to make a main dish tapas meal-any ideas/hints?

Pincho de pollo (bits of chicken)
Marinade pieces of chicken (overnight or a for a few hours) in garlic,
olive oil, lemon juice, ground cumin, smoked paprika, slat and pepper, tumeric, saffron.

fry, oven bake or grill til cooked and tender.

Serve with rice, and yogurt mixed with garlic and pomegranates.

for veggies

Garbanzos con espinaca
fry garlic, add spinach (frozen fine for this)add chickpeas, cumin, lemon juice and a little nutmeg.

iirc goodfood website has plenty of ideas
but i would go for olives,cheese,charcuterie,those lovely smoked almonds,tomatoes and some nice bread
chilled fino or rose to wash it down with

not tapas at all, but lush and deaad easy!

get a tub of philidephia, empty it into a pretty shallow wide ish bowl and smooth over the top...cover the whole of the top of it with sweet chilli dipping sauce (the jammy, clearish kind) and serve with some dipping crisps..tortilla chips for example. mmmmmmm.

sounds like a great night in!
