low sugar afternoon tea things

When bakey-cakey type recipes are categorised as healthier, it tends to be because they are lower in fat. I'm not too fussed about fat content - it's sugar I want to avoid. Does anyone have any favourite low-sugar afternoon tea & elevenses recipes?

Carrot muffins, with nuts, raisins, chopped dried apricots and tinned pineapple? If you add some cinammon too, you can get away with cutting the sugar down quite a lot.

Pikelets? 2 cups of flour, 2 eggs, 1.5 cup of milk, cinnamon, add raisins or stewed apples or mashed really ripe banana. I make them all the time because I have a sweet tooth but there's no sugar and I can give them to my DD as well.

PS: Sorry - and 2 tablespoons of baking powder!
