Anyone got the foggiest what the recipe might be?
It's very buttery. The description says twice baked and has frangipan on top. Buttermilk is also mentioned on their website.
I prefer it to normal banana cake because the banana seems more integrated into the cake mix. I really don't like the moist lumps you tend to find in my ordinary ones.
