I had some really yummy ones inSpain last week. They had no stones, medium sized, green ones. But not crunchy iykwim - quite soft.
They had been marinated in olive oil, chilli and garlic for 48 hours and they were delish.
Any ideas where to get this kind of olive - my local deli does similar - but are quite 'crunchy'.
I'm thinking they were jarred ones as it was in a local pub and were handing them out like sweeties - so not overly expensive or pretentious.
