Chicken Pie 'died' yesterday - can I freeze it today???

It's a waitrose one with use by date on the 28th. We cooked one yesterday and will be having the rest of it as left overs today but I really don't want to waste the other one.

Would it be ok to freeze today and eat another day do you think??

I am sure it will be if you have kept it in the fridge. The sell by date usually has some buffer built in to it; the supermarkets have to cover themselves.
To be absolutely certain, just make sure that you follow the heating/cooking instructions to the letter after you have fully defrosted it.

You've convinced me - thank you for replying!

I would freeze it too, BrownPaper, and use it later.
