Got any recipes that you have tried and tested for elderflower cordial?

I only steep my coridal for 24 hours though and it is perfectly yummy, don't know why he says to leave it for 5 days.

My recipe is like this but I only use a kg of sugar and steep for 24 hours. You don't have to store it in the fridge as long as the bottles are sterile. Once opened, you do.
To sterilise the bottles, just wash in hot soapy water and then leave to dry in a warm oven. Good luck
