Beef leftover from Sunday - will it keep another day?

Big chunk of roast beef left over from Sunday that I have forgotten about. Supper is already in the oven. If I made it into a ragu or summat tonight, would I be able to reheat it again tomorrow?

I always think meat cooked on sunday will be fine till the wednesday. Especially if you are reheating it thoroughly.

I use the sunday-wedensday rule too. DH is a chef and I trust him.... he hasnt given me food poisoning yet!

Was going to suggest ragu - you can even freeze it using cooked meat. I recently used this method with leftover roast lamb. I just cut the meat into chunks then blitzed it in the blender - it was delish and actually nicer than when I cooked the meat fresh. Keep meaning to try it with beef.

I do Sunday-Thursday with beef, I wouldn't prepare it tonight, but do it tomorrow.
