I am looking for new ideas for toppings to have with jacket potatoes

What are your favourites please?

Bacon, mushrooms, onion, peppers and cheese.

Houmous and roast mushrooms.

Lemon juice and black pepper if you want to be v low fat.

Soft cheese mixed with tuna and a dash of lemon juice and pepper. (If you blitz it with a hand blender you can also use it as a dip/sandwich spread).

Chilli/tahini sauce - 1 jar passata, 1 tablespoon tahini, 1 clove garlic, slug of olive oil, good splash of cider or wine vinegar (balsamic even better), spoonful of sweet or hot chilli sauce depending on your taste, good pinch of salt. Whole lot wizzed in the blender.

Very very nice with baked tatties.
