Higgidy Pies

Before I bankrupt myself by buying Higgidy pies every week can someone give me a recipe so I can make something similar.
I particularly like the Little Morrocan one with feta and veg and the Feta, Spinach and Roasted Pepper quiche.
Any ideas welcome, nom nom

Marking my place, I love the pies as well esp the one with mashed potato on top.
For every 10 you get one free - collect the BBF dates (think it's 10 in a 3 month period).

Quiece is quite easy to make. Delia has a few recipes. May take some experimentation to get one similar to the Feta Spinich combo.

Mashed potato? not in my sainsbos - shocking!Haven't seen anything about the free ones either, is it special packs or any of them?

The pie with the mashed potato is British Beef, Stilton & Ale - see What's Cooking and I found it in Sainsburys Bracknell though it was not there last week So perhaps Sainsburys varies what pies are stocked.

Spinach, Feta and Tomato Quiche Recipe

I would be inclined to base it on Quiche Lorraine but replace the bacon with spinach, feta and roast peppers.
Experiment with quantities, perhaps try 3oz spinach, 2oz feta, 2oz roast peppers.
