Need bakewell tart receipe

I love the bakewell tart that is served in a local cafe with lots of custard but two dss are not good in cafes i need a good recipe.Thanks in advance.

I have tried this. I made it like a normal tart using a proper baking tray thingy. The filling is yummy, just go easy on the jam; I used too much first time.

Almond slices are good too, I use shop bought shortcrust ( Waitrose do a really good butter one )and all the normal ingreds eg ground almonds etc but instead of raspberry jam, use plum jam. Tis divine.
