Would love to know your best American Waffle recipes please!

me to , have you been to the waffle houses in USA ?

I haven't choclab no, I am guessing I am missing out? > Next time I am in the USA I will be hunting out a waffle house!!

Anyone have a good recipe?

I use the American Pancake batter from Nigella's Domestic Goddess. I've not had American waffles in the USA though so couldn't say whether they are comparable.
