fresh lasagne sheets a quick question?

can i make up my lasagne the night befor? i would normally if i have the spare time but i usually use dry sheets. iv got frsh ones this time will they go soggy and horrid if i make it up now and refridgerate it/ the meat mixture is also cold as i made it earlier today. the white sauce will also be cold as im cheating and using riccotta instead

I should think it would be ok. You are supposed to soak them first (though i never do), so if you put them in as they are it will be fine.

I find fresh lasagne does tend to go a bit soggier than dry in any event though - but it's nice anyway

Quite possibly but it I'm sure it will taste lovely. Afetr all it goes soft when you cook it, it might actually benefit from absorbing the flavours.
You could bung it together tomorrow unless you are short of time.

If you think about it, all the ready meals are put together well in advance using fresh lasagne and they still sell. Can't be too bad.
