i make my own as rule but was wondering if anyone out there has something more delicious

Organic tomatoes can make or break it. That and you should make your own white sauce, it makes so much difference (although my Mother thinks I'm mad for doing so lol).

Oh and plenty of cheese on the top.

Basic rules for success. Traditional Lasange does not need to be messed about with.

i use the fresh lasagna sheets rather then the dried pasta, its much softer imo. a bit more expensive but 1 packet will do me 2 lasagnas and they keep in the fridge for about a week.
