Any recommendations for a wheat free baking book other than by Harry Eastwood?

I've already got Red Velvet and Chocolate Heartache but I'm looking for a book that has recipes for decent tasting breads/muffins that don't use wheat flour.

Any suggestions?

Thanks alypaly. Does this have much in the way of baking recipes? I'm not that fussed about making my own pasta etc but would like to make breads and cakes.

For good GF bread, check out Dan Lepards website - I've never found anything in a book that was tasty bread tbh

why not have a look in the library? you can then buy any that have what ur looking for!

That's a good suggestion martini but I live in France so not an option.

alypaly - can I ask whether you have those books as they don't appear to be specific to baking.

the book you are looking at is gluten free...not wheat free so it would be a costly mistake.

no i dont have those books as i am not gluten or wheat intolerant. I work in a pharmacy and deal with alot of brands of GF /WF products

I assumed gluten free would mean it was also wheat free, no?
