What should I serve with this? Cous Cous?

I am making this lamb tagine and wondered what I would serve with it.

A lot of people in the comments said they would use cous cous but I've only ever had cous cous once in a restaurant so have no idea what to to do with it.

Does anyone know a nice cous cous recipe (cheap and easy!) that would go well with this recipe?

Many Thanks

If you take a look at this recipe, there is a nice couscous recipe.

I usually just put some in a bowl, just cover with boiling chicken stock, cover with a plate and time for 8 minutes. Then fork it up and add some chopped herbs and a bit of olive oil.

We use Claudia Roden's technique - here - makes fab fluffy couscous every time. I do use marigold stock in place of salted water, and chicken stock also nice, but otherwise just do what Claudia says.

I follow the pack instructions, add a stock cube.
I also fry up some courgette and onion with garlic and stir it through the and squeeze over some lemon juice.
