Got a load of duck eggs that I often bake with but was wondering if they're any good boiled / scrambled etc like hens eggs?

Duck eggs are much tastier than chicken eggs. Try it, yummy!

I loved duck eggs until that 4 legged friend came and took their heads off!!!

You can do everything with these eggs but they are larger so be careful with chicken v duck sizes.

Not recommended for meringues something to do with the whites and proteins.

They taste creamier than hens' eggs. They are yum.
