clusters are lovely clumps of choc and raisins and other bits. Fab after a few wines.

Mango salsa is scrummy -

Chop up a couple of mangoes (best if not too over-ripe) and mix with chopped red onion, red pepper, red chilli, loads of coriander and some lime juice plus s&p. Can add tomato if you are not a fussy-thing like me. Would be nice with tortillas but I usually do it with qasadillas.

People want vegetables, bread, pickles, (pickled walnuts oh yes), celery and salad with tons of cheese. And fruity somethings after. Not choc or cream.
