I've found a bag of these in my freezer and need to use them up ? look like quarters (thigh/legs + breast/wing)

Coq au vin - onions, 1/2 bottle red wine, mushrooms & plenty of garlic. Chuck it all in and put in oven.

Drink other half of bottle

De-frost and then marinate in Honey, lemon and ginger.

or just a liberal splash of olive oil, smashed up garlic cloves, quartered lemons and season. shove in hot oven and open that bottle of wine...

In this waether you need to bbq them. Thighs on the bbq are the best. Bung em in a bag with lots of freshly squeexed lemon, olive oil and crished garlic and then bbq them this evening.

If you do a search for "Nigel Slater" on here, he has a delicious recipe for chicken - v easy - using similar ingredients to bundle. One of dh's favourite meals.
