Creme fraiche inspiration please

I have a big tub of creme fraiche that I bought because a recipe needed 100ml. I am not a fan of cream but DH is and we are trying really hard not to waste any food, so does anyone have an idea what I can do with it?
Thank you

Instant mushroom/pork/beef stroganoff'y thing - stir fry the main ingredient, (with garlic if mushrooms), add big dollop of CF, stir in grated nutmeg or paprika to taste, serve with taglietelli, rice or mash and peas or other token green veg.

I do it for DCs all the time, and DH always polishes off the leftovers when he gets in.

Or you could bake a chocolate pudding thing and eat it warm with the cf.

Or just stir it into an appropriate soup, or stew.

chop up bacon, fry, stir in frozen peas. Add huge dollop of CF, parmasan cheese, squeeze of lemon. Add pasta. Yum
