fairycakes with oil?

does anyone know a recipe for this? Is it possible? Am trying to avoid another pregnancy disaster

Well I make carrot cakes with oil and convert them into fairy cakes.

I did a coffee cake with oil recently (waitrose site) but there werent enough eggs so I didnt rise much.

ANy cake receipe can be converted to fairy cakes - just cook for approx 25mins instead.

Will they be called fatless? or butterless?

I love UKTV food/BBC websites.
