School Fair - what do you make?

Hi, we have the summer school Fair on Friday, I'm looking for a quick and impressive easy receipe for the home bake stall.

I only have tomorrow evening - help!

Chocolate brownies
Malteaser traybake
Rocky Road traybake
fairy cakes

ooooh, biccys!! Shortbread or something oaty . . . am fancying biccys to nibble with a cuppa but couldn't be arsed to bake this afternoon

Cupcakes with butter icing!

I made malteser cake and this iced lemon and coconut cake - double quantities of each.

Our PTA got hold of cake boxes from Greggs and so we didn't have to package our cakes up but left them on platters and had tongs (both borrowed from our lovely local church) and charged 4/5 items for a pound. This worked great and the cakes transported home brilliantly. In fact, I think I'll start a thread about it!
