Mashed Banana... Freezable?

Can you freeze mashed banana?

I've got some banana very ripen and need to be able to do something with it. I don't like them and DS has not started weaning yet (in a few weeks)

Yes, but they are better frozen whole. They can be stuck in a blender still frozen with a dollop of yoghurt to make nice banana ice cream.
