Can you freeze gazpacho??

I'm suspecting not but if I'm going to make it, I'd like to make as big a batch as I can store!

Oh God I luuuurve Gazpacho.Can't see any reason why you couldn't feeze it....

I think it might go a bit mushy, as toms do if you freeze them. But if it's not so good cold, you could heat it so nothing really lost there.

I've never heard of anyone freezing it tbh. But as TheBoyWithaSORNedMX5 says, if it doesn't work then you can heat it instead.
