I am doing this for a party on Sat - Jamie's recipe a 12 hour slow roast pork with a whole shoulder. Has anyone made it?
The recipe says to put it on full blast for 20-30 mins and then turn oven down to 250 F for 9-12 hours. It doesn't say to cover the roasting tin with anything, so I am assuming not.
I don't however want to bugger it up as its for lots of people.
Has anyone made it?
