Hi all,
I'm currently trying to cut out all bread (and to a large extent, pasta) from my diet, mainly just to see what effect this has. Whilst I'm fine for breakfast and my evening meal, I'm struggling quite a bit with lunches to have at work.
What suggestions would you make?
