The only thing I have ever been complimented on and asked to make again and again...Rocky Road. Depending on the size of your bowl (I use a lasgane dish) you may need to adjust amounts. Melt 4 oz butter, 10 oz chocolate (I just use supermarket 'basic' type) and 3 tbsp golden syrup in microwave. Stir in appx 5 oz broken digestives (in pieces about size of 10p, not crumbs), 12 - 16 large marsh mallows chopped up with scissors (or a lot more small ones!) and some glace cherries - sorry I havent got the quantity but one of the small pots (about the size of a yoghurt pot). Rinse the cherries and chop those as well. Line the dish with foil, greaseproof paper or I use one of those re-usable plastic baking sheets. Tip the lot in, smooth it over and put in fridge for a few hours, then tip it out and slice it up
