recipes for diced stewing steak?

Hi I have a few bags of diced stewing steak in the freezer that needs using and looking for some easy tasty recipes - any ideas please?

Mmmmm goulash. Tinned tomatoes, red and green peppers, onion and paprika. Lots of. Luvverly. Serve with white fluffy rice.

(Disclaimer - there's possibly more to it than that, but that's how i do it!)

Casseroles, curries, chilli even - basically anything that can be cooked low and long as will need to tenderise.

Just a bog-standard stew? Brown meat, add root vegetables (carrots & swede), stock, tomato puree, mustard powder. Cook for hours. And then add suet dumplings. Yummy!
