(Ex-Pat) American looking for UK equivalent

Hiya!

Just as the title suggestions, I'm looking for a UK equivalent of this. I could find some gummy fish, I'm sure, but think fish crackers would be nicer. Anyone have any ideas where I can find something similar?

Thanks for the suggestions. Every online shop I looked at were "sorry, sold out" which is what made me wonder if there were any UK companies that did something similar.

I'm starting to regret not bringing a package or two back when I went to the States last month.

Morrisons do little cheese crackers in hearts,clubs, diamonds etc. They are about the same size and sort of halfway between the plain and cheese flavoured goldfish. I'm currently using them for toilet training.

I knew that was going to be Goldfish - my DC love them (and DH and I always bring them back from the US)

Bizarrely, our local Asda used to have them in their 'international food' section, but that was a few years ago now (we have since moved and I have not been into an Asda since)

M&S do cheesy mice but they are not as nice as goldfish.

Mice would be cute, but I'm making a fishbowl cake so not sure mice would have the same effect. LOL

Think Lidl/Aldi do something like that but they are savoury snacks, called party mix ,i think

I think gummy fish are the only option, tbh. Wouldn't cheesy crackers with cake be a bit strange anyway ?

I've also found some on ebay.co.uk which I guess isn't too bad -- they're instock but not much size choice.

how about making your own?
1oz icing sugar, 2oz soft salted butter, 3oz plain flour. Mix, cut out, bake at 180 for 10 mins.

Yes, I thought crackers with cake would be a bit strange, too, but while I was home I found these really cool cake decorating books. One of the cakes was a fishbowl -- blue cupcake wrapper and the icing made to look like the inside of a fish bowl with a couple of the crackers on top.

Any ideas where I could find gummy fish? I've seen the red swedish fish but maybe gummy fish of various colors would be just as cute/fun?

You could try (indian) corner shops, my corner shop sells "gullon pick fish" crackers.
