Recipe needs breadcrumbs.. got none, can I use coarse matzoh meal, or another alternative?

Do you not have a slice of bread in the house that you can stick in the food mixer?

Just stick a slice of bread in a bowl and whiuzz it then - waa laa - Breadcrumbs. Cheaper then buying them too!

ok, stale bread or fresh?

I always use stale bread for breadcrumbs...

okey doke, will leave a couple of slices out tonight and have a go at breadcrumbs

If you only have fresh bread, you can toast it then leave it to go cold. It will then be dryer and easier to whizz
