What would you do with chocolate truffles?

No, not just scoff the lot. I have a box of 24 ( minus 3 which is how many I ate and decided I didn't really like them ).

They are a mix of plain / Baileys / coffee flavours. Can I mush them up and use them in something else - maybe ice-cream? or cheesecake? there must be something I can do to save them just going in the bin!

I am off to bed now thinking chocolatey thoughts, so if any night owls have any ideas please give me a hand. Am hoping to wake up to some wonderful inspiration and not just lots of addresses of people to send them too

I'd chop them up and use them in some choc chip cookies. Or melt them gently and use to make expensive chocolate sauce.

And then I'd go and make my chocolate balls. They are child friendly non dairy, no sugar, no fat, gluten-free and delicious!

Eat them!

Ahh just read your OP, erm, can you not make a chocolate cake and melt them down to make some sort of choc/coffee/bailey icing?
