Coconut Milk

Can anyone tell me if its o.k. to freeze coconut milk. Have just opened a can but only needed a little so would be a waste to chuck the rest.

never tried it. I should think it would certainly separate but could be mixed up again once thawed

I do this often. Don't know if it's recommended, but it seems to work

I put the remainder into yogurt pots in the same quantity I used fro the recipe, IYSIWM!
