Lost my Nigella biscuit recipe!

Any Nigella fans out there who can help me? She has a really nice recipe for biscuits, but I can't seem to find it. It was inside one of her products (tin of cutters I think) rather than in a book.

It's quite simple; butter, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla essence but I can't remember all the quantities.

Any suggestions?

TIA

If it's the plain biscuits cut in number shapes, then this is it. Great recipe.....

175g soft unslated butter
200g caster sug
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
400g flour
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
300g icing sug

180 deg

cream buttter and sugar
beat in eggs and vanilla
another bowl combine flour salt baking powder then mix into eggs etc.

roll out etc

bake 8 - 12 mins

Wigwam, you might have just about saved the party! Found a version of this an a US site last night, but it all went horribly wrong...

right. off to the kitchen I go!

Cheers.

No problem. Just seen this now, and realised one bit of recipe looks a bit misleading. The icing sugar bit is for the icing - the caster sugar goes in the mixture. Sorry, copied from internet without proof reading first.

Anyway, you've probably already made them by now. Hope they turned out OK.
