s'mores

We're off on our first trip of the season this afternoon and DD(6) has heard all about s'mores and wants to make them.

I have a huge bag of marshmallows and can get chocolate but when I was a kid in Canada we made them with Graham crackers, which I'm pretty sure I can't get here. So has anyone had any success with a different sort of biscuit?

Hoping you can help - I'm posting this in Camping as well so apologies to those who read both boards.

We used to make these with digestive biscuits.

I make them with digestives when we go camping or have a bonfire, if you can't be bothered with so much mess just use 2 chocolate digestives with toasted marshmallow sandwiched in between them.... yum!
