Flavoured oils

I bought a few flavoured oils today and I'd appreciate any suggestions for dressings, what foods I can use them with or anything else I can do with them.

I went a little OTT and bought extra virgin with basil, one with asaparagus, one with strawberry,a raspberry and a passion fruit.

Any ideas would be very helpful.

TIA

Extra Virgin oils shouldn't really be cooked so you can use them for:

Dressings:
If the oils taste really nice, you don't really want to muck about with the flavour too much. A little lemon juice and salt and pepper should do it. The fruity ones should be great on peppery salads or even just cos. I think the asparagus one would be great with a tomato and red onion salad.

or

Drizzled on Hummous or hot meat (steak/chicken/chops)
On Baked potatoes or mash
On Pasta (try the basil one with a little chopped chilli on spaghetti, topped with some parmesan)
