I want to give up Pepsi Max, so need a cold drink with caffeine but no aspartame or sugar

Does such a thing exist? Iced black coffee makes me gag but I really, really like need caffeine during the day. It doesn't necessarily have to be sweet-tasting, but preferably not as vile as cold black coffee.

Camp coffee - just add a little to a glass of milk and ice cubes - drink with a straw

Caffine depletes the body of essential vitamins and dehydrates you, plus if you are diabetic shouldn't you be eating a health balanced diet?? It's no wonder you have low energy levels, cut down on the caffine and drink water.
Try adding some B vitamins to your diet it will increase your energy levels.

I'm not tired all the time, I'm just mentally exhausted by DS when he's not at school and I have to keep him entertained all day. As I say, I have always been low energy, even as a child and like loads of solitary time. If I cut caffeine out altogether I will still be drained by DS (who is lovely, don't get me wrong, just very demanding).

There's no caffeine in camp coffee, is there?

I eat properly topsi, I was only listing the caffeine that I've had today. I've also had meals, snacks, plenty of water and green tea.

I understand wot it's like to have to look after a high energy little boy when what you really want to do is have peace and quiet. I am much the same.
