Have always been too scared to have a go at meringues but have decided now's the time! Every recipe bk I look at says different things, confusing me! Can anyone give me an easy-peasy recipe I can feel confident with?

Meringues are easy peasy - I use Nigella's basic recipe in the front of how to eat. But you just need to whisk egg whites until stiff, add 60g sugar per egg white, mix in, spoon onto baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, bake in low oven (140c) for 45-75 minutes depending on size.
They always taste delicious!
