I just made this recipe up out of my head!!
2 oz sugar
1 egg
2 oz flour
2 ripe bananas...(tharr be more) Peer into the depths
custard powder
maple syrup
sprinkle of soft brown sugar.
Grease a dish, cut bananas in half, place in dish and cover with a sprinkle of soft brown sugar and maple syrup,
Cream butter and sugar, add egg, then add flour and a shake of custard powder. Mix together and spoon on top of bananas and sugar. Cook in oven at about 150 degrees till a skewer comes out of the middle without any mixture on it! Double the mixture for hungrier people or bigger families

when you say shake of custard powder... a teaspoon or more a tablespoon? Sorry to be so picky... had a few too many pregnancy cooking disasters lately!
