Yes it's fine. I used to freeze it for DD. It just needs a good mix after defrosting as it may seperate slightly.

yes you can. we always have portions in the fridge from when we have roast dinners and then I make macaroni chees for the kids during the week

yeah i freeze in portion sizes then blast in the microwave to defrost
