Or I have read a recipe where they are roasted and then injected. Not so good for finger snacks.
Most of the recipes I am finding on google are bloody mary marinated cherry tomatos like this sort of thing. They look easier to make in large numbers, but don't have the excitement of injecting vodka with a hypodermic .
Shall I make them for a party I'm having?
I am quite excited by the idea.
Have you ever tried them?
