Dd1 has decided she wants pasta sometimes for her packed lunch.

I'm a bit confused though. Do i do it as though i normally would and then just give it to her cold fr lunch ??

Any easy peasy recipies would be great.

My ds loves cold pasta with any raw veg. He likes sugar snap peas, carrott, cherry tomatoes and red and yellow pepper. Tuna pasta is easy as well and still nice cold. Tinned tomoto an pepper and courgette is quite nice as well.

Do you need a sauce with it though or mayonaise or something ??

I jsut do tuna, mayonnaise and pasta. Don't bother with making proper tuna pasta bake or anything. Dead easy!

with the raw veg, he just has it plain, but you could use mayo or even a nice salad dressing. I suppose you try it with different things to find out what your dd likes.

For the tuna pasta, I just use tuna, sweetcorn and mayonaise but peppers are nice as well.

Oh well that sounds great and I think they would both eat it ok.

Will make a nice change from sarnies too.

Thanks
