Help! Need to make a biiig lemon drizzle cake....

...have lots of recipes but none for a 26cm diameter cake tin. Need to make a biggie for a do this weekend.

Anyone know how to scale up recipes, both in terms of ingredients and cooking temp/times?

Any help appreciated.

Hi Taffetacat - I don't know about scaling up ingredients, but I found this lemon drizzle cake recipe that uses a 26cm diameter cake tin.
