Does anyone have the recipe out of this book, for his Cajun Alligator? I got the book out of the library and made it before, but now the darn library is closed for refurbishment.

nope ivykaty, can't find it on Jamie's website. He makes it with gator but says you can also use pork or chicken, so I've used pork!! It's really yummy, served on a sweet potato with a fresh sort of salsa. Anyone???

Found it! The Times did a review and gave the recipe. Yum yum.
