Pressure cooking condensed milk?

Can I do it and how? I need to cook 3 or 4 tins for in-laws party (they want Banoffee pie, never made it before). If I can pressure cook can I put all the tins in together, how much water and how long do I cook them for?

from googling it is 20-30 minutes in a pressure cooker or 3 hours on the stove (making sure the can is always covered with water or it will explode). You can also buy ready made caramel (by Nestle)
