oh yeah and just to say you can use sausages too for the baked bean casserole. just cook the sausages as normal, cut up into small pieces and use instead of mince, very yummy

you cna make gorgeous kifta kebabs if you have food processor
onion coriander and lean mince, form into balls and shallow fry
gorgeous!

Thanks sm it was lovely, even dd ate it which is amazing as she is the fussiest eater on earth! Piffle the kebabs sound great, I will add them to my list.
