And my cake question for today is...

...can you freeze uniced fairy/cup cakes in their paper wrappers? Do the wrappers peel away when they defrost?

Yes you can (you can also freeze them iced), and on the ones I have frozen the paper wrappers didn't peel away.

i always freeze them in cake cases and have never had them come away either
